The role drives adoption, creates training, and coordinates with vendors and stakeholders to improve project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT with 16+ years of experience developing or supporting complex transportation projects.
• Alternative: 22+ years of hands-on experience using engineering technologies to develop or support transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the engineering technology owner for select engineering technologies through the lifecycle.
• Leads technical discussions with practitioners, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and governance.
• Develops, documents, and maintains workflows, standards, and training to improve project delivery quality and efficiency.
• Provides guidance and support to practitioners, resolves issues, and coordinates with vendors for improvements.
• Champions vendor relationships and coordinates service strategies and roadmaps.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT and 16+ years experience
