Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a senior engineering technology owner to lead select engineering technologies across the enterprise. You will guide the technology lifecycle, evaluate hardware, software, and cloud solutions, and coordinate deployment changes with internal teams.

You will act as a technical leader among practitioners, projects, and governance bodies, shaping workflows, standards, and training to improve project delivery and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT with 16+ years using engineering technologies to develop or support transportation projects.
• In lieu of degree, 22+ years of experience using engineering technologies to develop or support transportation projects.
• Experience with multiple Bentley engineering technologies and related tools used in large infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the engineering technology owner for select engineering technologies across the enterprise and guides technology lifecycle from evaluation to deployment.
• Leads discussions with practitioners, project teams, and stakeholders to support technology adoption.
• Develops workflows, standards, and training to improve project delivery quality and efficiency.
• Provides guidance and support to users; coordinates with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Champions vendor relationships and influences roadmaps and service strategies.
