You will support engineering test plans and ensure equipment readiness in a collaborative, high-tech environment. The role requires an associate degree in electronics technology with extensive testing experience, strong technical writing, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Two-year electronic technology or related associate degree.
• Minimum of ten years experience testing and analyzing complex electronic circuitry.
• Proficient with modern analog and digital electronics and circuits.
• Proficient with modern test equipment.
• Familiar with IEEE, IEC, and SEL test standards.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and work cooperatively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and type tests with electronics hardware and software.
• Create and oversee engineering development test plans.
• Design and build engineering prototypes and test fixtures.
• Document construction and maintain engineering records.
• Ensure laboratories are equipped and maintained; review equipment needs.
• Train technicians and engineers on test setup and execution.
• Participate in engineering design reviews.
• Process ECOs of moderate complexity.
• Document laboratory procedures.
