Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories in Pullman, WA, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technician to join the Manufacturing Operations-Mechanical team. You will assist with developing basic solutions under supervision, document prototype construction, build/test results, and maintain engineering records.

The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, CAD (CSWA level) familiarity, and 2+ years in a technical/manufacturing support role.

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Core curriculum includes CAD modeling, drawings and geometry.
• 2+ years in a technical/manufacturing support role.
• Basic MS Office skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing basic solutions under engineer supervision.
• Document prototype construction, build/test results, and maintain records.
• Provide project estimates and perform accurate time logging per procedures.
• Assemble and deliver components and related equipment as needed.
