Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician V for TACOM (RRAD) contingency operations in Wisconsin. The role requires advanced technical expertise across civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines and leads troubleshooting, design modification, and system integration with minimal supervision.

The incumbent will mentor lower-graded technicians, manage multiple projects from planning to completion, and ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and methods across disciplines.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical, procedural, and operational issues.
• Experience leading technical efforts, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior engineering technician for complex facility projects and programs.
• Apply multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge to support construction, maintenance, and modernization efforts.
• Lead planning through completion of multiple projects, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and regulators.
• Perform quality assurance inspections and review technical deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee maintenance of CADD, GIS, and engineering data systems and records.
