Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering, physics, math or a closely related field with related experience.
• Experience applying procedures, standards and controls in engineering tasks.
• Ability to assist engineers, contractors and the public on technical plans and specs.
• Knowledge of field and laboratory testing procedures and data analysis.
• Familiarity with drafting, surveying, right-of-way and water rights documentation.
• Ability to maintain organized records and perform data entry.
• Experience with computer aided drafting and surveying software.
• Understanding of federal and state guidelines and procedures.

• Perform field inspections of construction projects, test locations and safety barriers.
• Assist engineers with drafting, calculations and testing procedures.
