Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a technically skilled professional to plan and run experiments, operate production floor equipment, and monitor processes for quality and compliance. You will collect data, summarize findings for supervisors, and write clear memos and process revisions.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a background in NPI processes. Candidates should have a strong foundation in engineering technology or related fields, with substantial manufacturing experience, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years’ experience or alternative qualifications.
Experience in a manufacturing environment (8+ years for technical paths) or 12+ years with HS diploma.
Strong data entry and word processing skills.
Ability to read and understand technical reports and process specifications.
Ability to write clear memos and procedures.

Responsibilities

Plan, run and test experiments as requested by supervisor.
Run equipment on the production floor to support development operations.
Hand and eye coordination for inspection under magnification, microscope or magnifier.
Collect and summarize data for supervisor.
Identify and solve manufacturing problems with limited supervisor assistance.
Write memos, technical reports and process specification revisions.
Monitor process for compliance with process specs and report discrepancies.
May handle hazardous waste.
