Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
- Licensure as Professional Engineer (PE) preferred or required where applicable.
- Experience leading complex design teams for military construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in planning, design, and delivery of military construction and infrastructure projects.
- Serve as senior design manager and technical authority for project design compliance and scheduling.
- Coordinate architectural, engineering, environmental, and construction disciplines throughout project development.
- Oversee design studies, reports, plans, specs, and construction support.
- Provide guidance for contract design efforts and manage reviews with A-E firms.
- Develop design budgets and monitor project milestones; brief leadership on risks.
