Qualifications

• Active PE license (or SE) required.
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience, building design.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Proficient with industry-standard design software listed above.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of structural elements for diverse projects.
• Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers.
• Oversee calculations, drawings, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Coordinate with architects and other disciplines for project success.
• Demonstrate QA/QC and ensure client satisfaction.
