Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA is seeking an Advanced Engineering Support Specialist to provide expert engineering support for programs and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project plans and resolve complex engineering issues on an onsite schedule.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will drive process improvements, gather performance metrics, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across engineering support activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in program/engineering support or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help develop and execute project plans.
• Provide guidance to the team in solving complex problems.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate events (internal or external; travel, retirements) for management and senior staff.
