Job summary

RTX seeks a qualified professional to influence design for supportability and lead documentation efforts for complex military electronics systems in McKinney, TX. You will coordinate logistics, provisioning, and training material development while working with multiple engineering disciplines to gather and produce compliant materials.

The role requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of experience (or related paths with more years).
Experience with HTML, XML, PDF, Eagle DB, Eagle Publishing Suite, and Microsoft Office tools.
Must obtain/maintain DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Influence Product Design for Supportability.
Coordinate Logistics, Provisioning, Technical Publications, and Training System development.
Collaborate with Systems/Software/Hardware Engineering to gather and create documentation.
Interpret military specifications and plan deliverable materials.
Ensure Logistics Product Database is accurate and compliant with latest drawings.
Support development and revision of technical publications/ETMs to meet requirements.
Reinforce QA, assemble documentation for audits, ensure regulatory compliance.
Present at program reviews and customer/team meetings.
