Job summary

Comp AI is rebuilding a compliance-focused stack and scaling its engineering team in Miami. You will own the full hiring pipeline for open engineering roles, from sourcing to close, building outbound strategies and high-bar interview loops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, owning engineering searches.
• Proven outbound sourcing ability for engineering talent.
• Technical fluency to screen engineers and calibrate with engineering managers.
• High bar for candidate experience, fast and respectful at volume.
• Strong written communication and ability to run many searches at once.

Responsibilities
