Primoris Engineering, a leading division of Primoris Services Corporation, is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our Houston, TX office. This role oversees all phases of one or more Engineering projects, with a strong sales component aimed at expanding client relationships and revenue.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance while delivering proposals and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in onshore facilities or EPC projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Success in sales, client development, and account growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to optimize resources and execution.
• Ensure delivery aligns with budgets, schedules, and contract deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and client reports.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and expanding services.
• Oversee proposal development, contract reviews, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and leadership to pursue new clients.
• Manage project execution including siting, permitting, estimating, procurement, and closeout.
• Monitor schedules, scope, cost controls, and internal financials.
• Serve as primary client liaison for planning and budgeting.
• Implement QA/QC standards and report progress regularly.
