Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, management, or similar role/discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a minimum 2 additional years of experience above minimum (5+2).
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
• United States Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)

Responsabilités

• Leverages organizational project management experience and subject matter expertise to analyze, develop, and coordinate plans for assigned programs or projects.
• Acts as FM&T point-of-contact for internal and external customer projects as assigned.
• Reports status of project plans and collaborates with project step owners and other stakeholders to assure commitments and timelines are met.
• Contributes to developing, implementing, and/or negotiating changes to project plans with internal and external customers.
• Escalates issues and partners with team members to develop, present, and implement recovery or corrective action plans.
• Compiles data, analyzes results, prepares and maintains documentation, and proposes recommendations for various requirements and studies.
• Effectively prioritizes and manages concurrent multi-project priorities.
• Identifies opportunities for efficiency and improvement and participates in continuous improvement actions.
• May perform contract management activities related to customer orders.
• Mentors and coaches less experienced project analysts and team members.
