Responsibilities

• Generates creative ideas and solutions that communicate company objectives, issues, and programs through different channels.
• Plans, designs, develops, implements, and administers comprehensive communication projects for internal and/or external stakeholders.
• Initiates and participates in planning sessions to develop and manage project plans related to communications, initiatives or issues.
• Performs in-depth research and analysis and prepares comprehensive communications, reports, presentations and white papers.
• Tracks project and program results, develops metrics to demonstrate performance and uses data to drive ideas and decisions.
• Develops and implements outreach activities, including events, employee programs, and other activities.
