Job summary

Teradyne is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional New Products Introduction teams, owning scope, schedule, cost and change management across global sites. You will drive operational readiness, product quality and manufacturing excellence, with opportunities to grow into a Program Manager role.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, DFx coordination, prototype builds, and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; MS/MBA preferred.
• PMP certification strongly desired.
• 8+ years of project management directing complex technical programs.
• Experience in NPI, DFx, and manufacturing engineering is a plus.
• Semiconductor/ATE industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lead global, multi-site teams and influence across matrixed organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPI projects from concept to high-volume production.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, and costs.
• Identify risks and drive mitigations with SMEs.
• Partner with DFx teams to ensure readiness and issue resolution.
• Oversee prototype and pilot builds and transfer to manufacturing.
• Deliver timely project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead phase-gate readiness reviews and lessons learned.
