Job summary

Broadcom Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex storage, PCIe switching and Ethernet NIC solutions.

You will own program planning, including budget, structure, schedule and staffing with a strong emphasis on quality and time to market. You will manage customer requirements and ensure best practices in standard methodologies while coordinating with architecture, silicon design, board development and software R&D teams to build Broadcom solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have held Program/Project Management leadership role for 8+ years
• Must have simultaneously managed multiple projects of varying size
• Track record of working with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver Broadcom solutions
• Experience managing project budget and profit/loss
• Process oriented with ability to design and implement processes across teams
• Ability to resolve complex business/technical challenges across people, process and technology
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Team player with the ability to work with all management levels
• PMI certification desired but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of storage, PCIe switching and Ethernet NIC solutions
• Oversee program planning: budget, structure, schedule, staffing with emphasis on quality and time to market
• Manage customer requirements and ensure adherence to standard methodologies and processes
