Job summary

Broadcom Inc. seeks an Engineering Program Manager to lead delivery of complex storage, PCIe switching and Ethernet NIC solutions. You will own program planning, including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing, with strong emphasis on quality and time to market.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams across architecture, silicon design, board development and software R&D to produce Broadcom solutions and ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree: BSEE or BSCE required.
• Managed multiple large and small projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of complex Broadcom storage, PCIe switching and Ethernet NIC solutions.
• Oversee program planning: budget, structure, schedule, staffing with emphasis on quality and time to market.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams (architecture, silicon design, board development, software R&D) to deliver Broadcom solutions.
