Broadcom in Irvine leads complex program delivery for storage, PCIe switching, and Ethernet NIC solutions. You will own end-to-end planning, balance budgets and staffing, and drive on-time, high-quality results with customer-focused execution.

The role requires strong communication, executive-level presentation skills, and experience coordinating with engineering, design, and R&D teams to deliver Broadcom solutions.

Competenze

• 8+ years in program or project management leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (BSEE/BSCE) required.
• Experience leading multiple large and small projects concurrently.
• Experience coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver Broadcom solutions.
• Experience managing project budget and P&L.
• Process-oriented with ability to design and implement cross-functional processes.
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to work with all management levels.
