Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of storage, PCIe switching, and Ethernet NIC solutions. You will manage overall program planning—budget, structure, schedule, staffing—with focus on quality and time-to-market.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customer managers, architecture, silicon design, board development and software R&D to build Broadcom solutions; applying standard processes and cross-functional teamwork to resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE required.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project budgets and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex Broadcom storage, PCIe switching and Ethernet NIC solutions.
• Own program planning, including budget, schedule, and staffing.
• Ensure quality and time-to-market for Broadcom solutions.
• Coordinate with customer managers, architecture, silicon design, board development, and R&D.
• Apply standard methodologies and processes across cross-functional teams.
