Job summary

Project Resource Collective LLC in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an experienced Project Manager to identify, define, and coordinate complex project management activities across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, including leadership of large teams, and familiarity with high-voltage engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience, 7 in a project management position.
• Experience leading a large team in a collaborative environment.
• PMP preferred or the ability to obtain PMP within 12 months of employment.
• Experience in engineering and design of high voltage transmission lines using PLS-CADD.
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, combine, unify and coordinate project management activities.
• Ensure projects include the required scope per contract and are completed on time.
• Plan, execute, monitor and control the project against the schedule and budget.
• Understand interdependencies across tasks and manage risks.
• Estimate, budget, verify funding and control costs according to the budget.
• Ensure work aligns with quality policies and client expectations within contract terms.
• Analyze resources and competencies with project teams.
• Manage document flow and project information, storage and retrieval.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and cost, including client changes.
• Conduct risk management planning and response; monitor risk.
• Identify stakeholders and develop engagement strategies for project decisions.
