Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years of program/project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic visibility programs (multiple projects per program) of high complexity; lead cross-functional, global core teams and establish schedules.
• Present, communicate, and influence LOB/segment business leaders and customers.
• Lead deployment of strategic programs and coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.
• Plan the overall program and monitor progress; create/update the Program Plan/WBS including resources.
• Daily program management throughout the program life; drive core team to meet objectives; manage governance and budget.
• Identify risks and issues and take corrective actions; manage interdependencies across projects.
