Job summary

Generac Power Systems in Waukesha, WI, seeks a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of product development initiatives, including new product introductions, cost reduction, technology integration, and lifecycle support.

The role translates strategy into executable delivery plans, owns end-to-end programs, and ensures alignment across product, engineering, service, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and other partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience including 5+ years in program management.
• Preferred PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of programs of moderate complexity through planning, execution, launch readiness, and closeout.
• Develop and communicate integrated program plans with scope, timing, dependencies, risks, milestones.
• Lead programs through NPI processes with milestone, design, and gate reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and proactive risk management across teams.
