Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s ISR&SE team is seeking an Engineering Project Management Sr Stf responsible for leading the Radiant Mercury program’s engineering execution. You will own technical performance, cost, schedule, and resource planning, and act as the main engineering interface with PM and the customer across lifecycle activities.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking TPMs, and aligning engineering plans with control processes while leveraging modern engineering

Qualifications

• Broad background in all lifecycle phases of systems engineering.
• Strong Engineering leadership experience.
• Strong risk management experience including identification, mitigation and abatement planning.
• Strong cost account and earned value management experience (EVM).
• Expertise in cost estimating and creating Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Demonstrated interpersonal, team-building skills and self-motivation.
• Strong customer focus with a track record of satisfaction.
• Experience driving data-informed changes to improve affordability and quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering technical, cost, and schedule performance in support of program commitments.
• Develop engineering resource, staffing, cost, and technical estimates for program execution and new opportunities.
• Serve as a key technical interface with Program Management and the customer, communicating status, risks, and solutions.
• Coordinate systems engineering activities supporting program execution, technical planning, and proposals.
• Ensure requirements, system designs, and technical baselines are established, maintained, tracked, and verified.
• Establish and track Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) and engineering metrics to aid decision-making.
• Collaborate across Engineering & Technology, Program Management, Business Development and leadership to align resources and long-term needs.
• Ensure engineering plans and baselines align with Program Control and Modern Engineering practices.
