Apple is seeking a Staff Engineering Program Manager for the Human Centered AI (HAI) team within Apple Services Engineering in Seattle. You will partner with engineering, research, and senior leadership to shape roadmaps and drive scalable AI evaluation frameworks.

The role emphasizes LLM evaluation, Responsible AI, and leadership across AI research, engineering, infrastructure, and safety, while mentoring EPMs and advancing PMO practices with Generative AI.

Formación

• 8+ years of engineering or technical program management experience.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML systems and LLMs.
• Experience with AI evaluation methodologies and Responsible AI.

Responsabilidades

• Shape technical roadmaps and influence investments across AI programs.
• Advance evaluation strategies for LLMs and agentic AI systems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across AI research, engineering, infrastructure, and safety.
• Drive large-scale AI/ML initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Mentor EPMs and foster scalable PMO practices with Generative AI.
• Communicate complex tradeoffs to senior leadership.
