You will drive timelines, manage risks, and ensure transparent communication to executives while guiding cross-functional design decisions. The ideal candidate has 6+ years shipping ML-driven products, strong negotiation and data-informed decision making, and a proven ability to influence across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project or program management shipping ML-driven products to worldwide users.
• Designed delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100+) to accomplish.
• Project management skills including structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently.
• Detailed understanding of testing, build and release processes for sophisticated software.
• Negotiating and distilling complex technical requirements into a long-term platform roadmap.
• Data-driven decision-making in metrics-driven projects or programs.
• Experience in group facilitation, interviewing and influence skills.
• Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and manage complex project objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including negotiation and influence.
• BS, MS or PhD in computer science/engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate early engagements on product architecture and feature definition with a focus on Responsible AI (Safety).
• Communicate status updates and issues to executive teams.
• Plan timelines with dependencies and risk mitigations; drive cross-team alignment.
• Drive on-time delivery and deployment; identify feasibility needs and checkpoints.
• Identify issues, marshal resources, and track risks to schedule and product quality.
