Job summary

LendingTree is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Operations & PMO in Charlotte for a leadership role that drives delivery governance and operating rhythm across the engineering organization.

You will lead agile PMs, manage priorities with senior leaders, and partner with Finance, Product, Analytics, and Technology to improve efficiency and capacity. This is a hybrid, visa-independent position based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management or engineering operations experience.
• Proven track record building delivery governance for multi-team engineering org.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent facilitation and cross-functional communication with exec-level stakeholders.
• Experience with agile/scrum delivery and tools like Jira or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of agile PMs and delivery leads.
• Own delivery planning and governance rhythm, including monthly goals and reviews.
• Lead prioritization with senior technology and business leaders, surfacing capacity constraints.
• Translate delivery data and feedback into actions and escalations with leaders.
• Identify gaps in engineering delivery and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Build relationships across Technology, Product, PMO, Analytics, Finance to align priorities.
• Manage relationships with staffing partners and contractors.
• Drive technology-wide engagement and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Support long-term initiative planning and budgeting with Finance.
• Maintain understanding of operating processes to continuously improve.
