Job summary

LendingTree in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our Engineering Operations team. You will lead multiple teams through planning and delivery, balancing agile processes with execution to keep projects on track.

You’ll partner with product managers and engineers, surface performance insights with metrics, coach teams in Agile practices, and drive continuous improvement across functions. This role blends scrum leadership with project management and systems thinking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience leading web-based application projects or platform initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, or similar).
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and measuring team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices for assigned teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• Partner with Product and Engineering to plan, prioritize, and track work through delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments that slow teams down.
• Build and share metrics that give visibility into progress, throughput, and outcomes.
• Coach teams on Agile principles to improve flow, predictability, and collaboration.
• Foster clear communication and alignment across Engineering and other functions.
