Job summary

LendingTree is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Operations & PMO to lead a team of agile project managers and delivery leads, owning the operating rhythm that keeps the engineering organization aligned and delivering predictably. This role blends people leadership, program management, and organizational operations.

You’ll oversee delivery planning and governance, partner with Technology, Product, Analytics, and Finance, and drive continuous improvement across Technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering operations.
• Experience building delivery governance and prioritization for multi-team engineering orgs.
• Strong people leadership with a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Excellent facilitation and cross-functional communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate signals into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Experience driving organizational process improvements in fast-moving tech environments.
• Experience with external vendors or staffing partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of agile project managers/delivery leads.
• Own delivery planning and governance rhythms, including monthly goal-setting and reviews.
• Lead prioritization processes with senior technology and business leaders, surface constraints and trade-offs.
• Translate delivery performance and team-health insights into clear actions and escalations.
• Identify gaps in engineering delivery and lead cross-functional improvements.
• Build relationships across Technology, Product, Analytics, Finance, and other functions to improve alignment.
• Manage relationships with staffing partners and monitor contractor capacity and contributions.
• Drive technology-wide engagement and knowledge-sharing programs, including deep dives and AI enablement sessions.
• Support long-term initiative planning and technology budgeting processes.
• Maintain understanding of operating processes and how they impact partner teams to drive continuous improvement.
