Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking an Engineering and Technical Operations Senior Manager to lead capital projects, site and facility maintenance, and asset productivity improvements at the Fairview (Carthage, MO) plant. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving labor and overhead cost reductions.

The position is onsite at the Fairview facility with relocation benefits for distances over 50 miles and a comprehensive employee ownership program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years in Engineering, Project Management, Process Excellence, Black Belt, or Maintenance.
• 8–10 years in manufacturing engineering with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of operations from a technical perspective (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Financial acumen and familiarity with employment policies/procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and drive results across capital execution and site maintenance.
• Lead standardization of best practices and policies for Maintenance.
• Oversee 24/7 maintenance operations and staff.
• Improve safety, quality, equipment reliability, and OEE using CI techniques.
• Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise for production systems and facilities.
• Lead ERP/EAM system use to support maintenance and engineering functions.
• Drive continuous improvement programs with or without capital investment.
• Champion Value Stream Mapping and Lean processes across the facility.
