Job summary

GameChanger is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Video Enablement team, owning the end-to-end video pipeline, live streaming, and VOD capabilities. You will mentor engineers, influence architecture, and collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable video experiences across millions of streams.

You will report to the Engineering Director and work in a fully remote, US-wide context with possible collaboration with the NYC-based team, driving outcomes with ownership and craft.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in video streaming projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Experience with scalable, cloud-based video infrastructures (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute GC's video streaming roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the Video Enablement team to build core video capabilities and integrations.
• Hire, onboard, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Act as hands-on technical leader and mentor to senior staff while collaborating with leadership.
