Job summary

PwC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead software and product innovation within our Advisory practice in a role spanning Technical Product Owner and Manager responsibilities.

You will guide cross‑functional teams to deliver enterprise‑grade IT systems, aligning technical delivery with client goals and firm strategy, while mentoring junior staff and driving continuous improvement across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive specialized experience in Engineering Product Management.
• At least 12 years of experience in engineering/product management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives, aligning engineering with client and firm strategy.
• Own engagement relationships and translate business objectives into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Direct cross-functional teams to design and build scalable solutions using modern languages (Java, Python, C#.NET) and microservices.
• Oversee enterprise application integration and API/microservices architecture for business agility.
• Institutionalise quality practices (ATDD, code reviews, coding standards).
• Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity and reliability.
• Lead requirements analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards and goals.
• Establish and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, estimates, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and develop junior talent, elevating team capabilities in product strategy and project management.
• Champion innovative technologies and continuous improvement to enhance product performance and user experience.
