Qualifications
- 12+ years overall and 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Experience delivering client-funded development or customer-driven product enhancements.
- Strong technical background in Java/J2EE, APIs, databases, and SQL.
- Understanding of modern engineering practices and end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
- Excellent delivery, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development and QA teams delivering roadmaps and client-funded initiatives.
- Own engineering delivery from requirements through release and production readiness.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture and Professional Services to define solutions.
- Turn client-funded requirements into reusable product capabilities with minimal customization.
- Manage scope, milestones, quality and delivery commitments with security and performance in mind.
