- 12+ years overall experience with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
- Experience delivering client-funded development or customer-driven product enhancements.
- Strong technical background in Java/J2EE, APIs, databases and SQL.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development and QA teams delivering product roadmaps and client-funded initiatives.
- Own engineering delivery from requirements through design, development, testing, release and production readiness.
- Partner with Professional Services, Product and Architecture to define solutions and manage dependencies.
- Turn client-funded requirements into reusable product capabilities with minimal customization.
- Manage scope, milestones and delivery while ensuring security, performance, and scalability standards.
