Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Lead Learning Product Manager to own the platform learning experience for customers, partners, and internal practitioners. You will work at the intersection of product, UX, and learning science to build scalable capabilities and in-product guidance.

You will partner with engineering, design, curriculum, and GTM teams to translate pedagogical goals into adaptive learning flows, assessments, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, UX-focused roles, or learning/education platforms.
• Experience owning a product area end to end: strategy, PRDs, engineering collaboration, shipping features.
• Experience with learning systems, training platforms, or in-product learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems.
• Design experiences surfaced at the right moment in-work to reduce friction.
• Translate pedagogical goals into platform capabilities like learner models and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with UX, content design, and governance teams to embed guidance in workflows.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability for global enterprise customers.
• Develop analytics to show learning impact and predict gaps.
