Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years with a Master’s degree.
• 4+ years of management experience leading software engineering teams in design, development and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering security development and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of software engineers from design through completion on large features.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to maintain design reviews, security and testing standards.
• Contributes to product roadmaps, schedules, and resource estimates.
• Manages tradeoffs and design decisions to drive quality and performance.
• Engages with customers and stakeholders to reflect feedback in deployment.
