You will develop engineers and future leaders, promote craftsmanship, and create clarity across engineering, product, and cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years engineering management in fast-moving, product-led environments.
• 8+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• Ability to support technical design and strategy.
• Track record leading teams that shipped meaningful, high-impact product work.
