You will hire and grow the team from 7 to 12+ engineers, set clear growth paths, align quarterly goals, and drive reliability, scalability, and high-velocity delivery across the org.

Qualifications
- Experience leading platform or foundational engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong technical fluency across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability.
- Proficiency in agentic, AI-assisted development practices; strong cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Foundations team from 7 to 12+ engineers.
- Set architectural direction for platform and infrastructure initiatives.
- Drive reliable delivery with clear milestones and quarterly goals.
- Maintain on-call and incident response discipline with proactive improvements.
