Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to drive a 5-year capital plan across U.S. and Canada facilities. You will lead an engineering team, oversee capital initiatives and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires multi-site capital planning experience, lean management, and ability to influence senior leaders. Travel up to 50% domestically, with preferred locations in Toronto or Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in aseptic environments preferred, including operations, maintenance and startup.
• Multisite capital planning experience with lean processes.
• Formal project management training or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 5-year capital plan for multiple sites and locations in the US and Canada.
• Manage the Capital Initiative Management program and KPI tracking.
• Develop procurement strategies and collaborate with sourcing teams.
• Coach and mentor teams; work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and IT.
• Present and influence senior leadership on technical matters.
