Job summary

TreeHouse Foods seeks a Senior Manager, Engineering to direct a 5-year capital plan across multiple food facilities in the US and Canada. You’ll oversee capital initiatives, guide a high-performing engineering team, and ensure projects align with our strategic goals.

You will travel roughly 50% to sites in the US and Canada, with preferred locations in Toronto, Ontario or Chicago, Illinois. Strong engineering and LEAN program experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in aseptic environment, operations, maintenance, startup and process validation.
• Demonstrated track record following LEAN Capital Initiative Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital planning and project execution for multiple facilities across the US and Canada.
• Mentor and lead engineering teams; manage KPIs including safety, budget, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, IT and other functions to achieve goals.
