Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Sr. Manager, Engineering to oversee the High Purity New England (HPNE) engineering teams in the US. You will build a high-performing org, align projects with HPNE goals, and drive strategies, systems, and processes for client success.

The role requires leading multiple engineering disciplines, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement. Competitive compensation with bonuses and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering management.
• Solid understanding of GMP production and ISO 9001/14001.
• Proven leadership in managing engineers.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HPNE engineering department activities and projects.
• Lead mechanical design and new product development groups.
• Provide technical strategy, direction, and expertise.
• Plan development paths for engineers and allocate resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, marketing, sales, quality, and leadership.
