Qualifications

• 8–12 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or related environments.
• 3–5 years of engineering leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, welding, and fabrication.

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering personnel.
• Oversee product design and manufacturing engineering activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
