Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven hands-on engineering leader with direct reports.
• Strong backend experience with Python and Java, plus RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop engineers; provide performance feedback and growth plans.
• Lead design, code, reviews, and production issue resolution across portfolios.
• Own architecture, delivery, reliability, and observability for finance solutions.
• Guide backend (Python/Java) and frontend (React) teams; ensure API contracts and UX quality.
• Drive data modeling and performance for Oracle, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
