Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years combined education/work experience, incl. 4+ years engineering/architecture and 9+ years tech management.
• Proven leadership within App DBA, Database Engineering, Data Platform Engineering, or related enterprise tech.
• Strong software engineering leadership with success leading large-scale programs and enterprise goals.
• Experience leading teams supporting production environments, mission-critical apps, and large tech platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL Server; PostgreSQL and cloud DBs preferred.
• Proven ability to set vision, expectations, and develop talent across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise database platforms ensuring availability and performance.
• Develop and grow a large engineering organization across the enterprise.
• Align technology execution with business objectives through clear vision and operating model.
