Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the App DBA organization, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise database platforms.
• Lead and develop a growing engineering team supporting mission-critical database services across the enterprise.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Architecture, Software Engineering, and business leaders to align platforms and initiatives.
• Direct consults with management to analyze requirements and recommend innovative database solutions for future needs.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology outcomes.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering programs and data platform modernization.
