WEX Inc. seeks a Senior Engineering Manager within the Corporate Payments Engineering organization to lead an engineering team for the EnCompass platform, handling UI, APIs, webhooks, and data streams for customer payments.

You will define architectural roadmaps, drive cross-team collaboration, hire and coach high performers, and work with product and commercial partners to prioritize customer outcomes and accelerate time-to-market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in engineering management.
• Experience deploying services on AWS or Azure with cloud best practices.
• Strong focus on test automation and the test pyramid; security/compliance aware.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute a long-term vision and architectural roadmap for EnCompass.
• Hire, coach, and retain high-performing engineers.
• Collaborate with product and commercial partners to align customer needs and outcomes.
• Establish engineering plans and feedback loops monthly/quarterly.
• Foster innovation and reduce time-to-market with efficient engineering methods.
