Responsibilities

• Co-lead a cross-functional team with partners in product management, aligning on strategy and success metrics.
• Drive execution from spec to implementation, including experimentation and maintaining reliability.
• Use data to inform decisions and design A/B tests with analytics partners.
• Attract, grow, and retain diverse engineering talent; coach and develop team.
• Set engineering quality standards and balance speed with maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, design, research and other teams to deliver impactful user experiences.
• Define team OKRs and remove roadblocks to enable best work.
