Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams with hiring and retention responsibilities.
• Track record shipping multi-engineer projects with measurable business impact.
• Comfort with experimental, data-driven environments and defining metrics for A/B tests.
• Excellent communication with engineers, product, design, and data partners.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead a cross-functional team with product management, aligning on strategy and success metrics.
• Drive execution from specs to implementation, ensuring reliability, scalability, and observability.
• Use data and rapid experiments to inform decisions and translate insights into product improvements.
• Attract, grow, and retain engineering talent; provide coaching and career development.
• Set engineering quality standards and manage tech debt and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product, design, research, and other teams to deliver impactful user experiences.
• Define team OKRs and remove roadblocks to enable high performance.
