Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, including meaningful time as an IC and Engineering Manager.
• 5+ years as an individual contributor engineer with a track record of shipping high-quality systems.
• Proven experience of growing and scaling an engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of Dispatch's product engineering teams focused on user workflow and data orchestration.
• Own engineering execution from roadmap to project scoping, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage the team's on-call posture and incident response processes.
