Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC in San Francisco and other locations seeks an experienced engineering leader to oversee multiple teams, drive product engineering components, and ensure delivery of the company’s roadmap. You will provide technical guidance, manage resources, and promote Agile and DevOps practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years managing development teams for Full Stack and DevOps projects.
• Experience with Java, Spring, and AWS Cloud technologies.
• Experience with automation, scripting and cloud tooling (Chef, Puppet, etc).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing and production systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets, schedules and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two or more engineering teams and align with product roadmap.
• Guide design and engineering patterns for product development.
• Ensure testing policies and processes are followed.
• Provide input on staffing, training and performance management.
• Promote Agile and DevOps practices within the teams.
• Collaborate with other departments as main liaison for Engineering.
